Are All Your Papers Recycled?

We use a variety of high quality recycled papers. Each has a total recycled content, as well as a Post-Consumer Waste recycled content. The ratings can range from 50% to 100% PCW content.

How soon will I receive my Proof?

Both ‘soft’ online proofs as well as ‘hard’ press proofs are generally ready within one business day of your order. Soft proofs can be sent to you immediately upon completion, while press proofs will depend on the requested shipping method.

How Do I Order Multiple Items?

Will I Receive the Exact Quantity Ordered?

Generally, you will receive a few more copies of your work than you ordered. These are commonly called ‘overs’. However, we can sometimes ship a few less than ordered, as the industry guidelines allow for a 5% range for both overages and underages. Please let us know if the count is critical.

Will the Printing Match my Computer Screen?

The printing process is very different from a computer’s color display or your artwork. We strive to keep the equipment calibrated to the highest levels. If your job is color critical, use the appropriate Pantone color matching book and consider ordering a hard copy press proof to eliminate errors.

Can You Print Jobs in Other Sizes than Listed?

Yes! We have much flexibility and are happy to custom quote your work that does not match these numerous standard formats. Please contact one of our printing experts for assistance.

Can I Change My Order After I Have Approved the Proof?

Are there limitations to what types of images I can use?
